EA FC 26 just dropped, and with it comes the tournament that launched the careers of some of the best players on the French and international scene. The 5th edition of the Playorium Open Series starts now, searching for its next champion. Eight qualifiers, sixteen final spots, €1,000 in cash prizes, and an exclusive invitation to the 2026 Pro Series. It's all up for grabs.
The Open Series isn't just another tournament. Open to everyone, it has revealed some of the biggest names in the EA FC scene over the past few years.
Ilian Bouchi, now a professional player for Vitality x PSG, was still unknown when he won the very first edition. That victory marked the beginning of a trophy cabinet that keeps growing. Deshe, Alihan (who has since joined RB Leipzig) and Caccia followed, each carving their name into Open Series history.
But beyond the champions, dozens of players have proven themselves, gained visibility, and built their reputation through this tournament. The Open Series is a springboard to the pro scene and 2025 could be your year.
The finals will feature €1,000 in cash prizes distributed among the top competitors. But that's not all.
The Open Series 2025 champion will receive a direct invitation to the Playorium Pro Series 2026, an elite tournament whose details will be unveiled next year. This is your ticket to the highest level of competition.
Eight qualifying tournaments will take place over two months, all scheduled on weekends and outside official tournament dates to give you every chance to participate.
The format is simple: finish in the top 2 of any qualifier and you secure your spot in the 16-player finals. Every weekend is a new opportunity to qualify.
Tournament dates and times are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated in advance.
Registration is open on Playorium. Free entry, unlimited participants, and accessible to all skill levels.
The next Open Series champion could be you. The only question is: are you going to take your shot?
